**The role:
Join us for an initial 3-month contract at 20 hours per week as an SME.

**Who are you**:

- A licensed building practitioner
- 5-10 years of post
- apprenticeship building industry experience
- Building expertise and supervisory experience within the industry - particularly that you are able to understand competencies
- Education background or experience is highly regarded.
- You live: He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.
- You enjoy sharing your passion for the construction industry.
- You have advanced written and verbal communication skills
- You can organise your time with efficacy
