**About the role**:
As International Course Advisor you will be working alongside the International Sales Team to qualify new leads as they come in. You will be responsible for following up leads in a timely fashion as per the prescribed processes.

The aim of the qualification process is to generate appointments at our network of campuses (for leads that are already in New Zealand), and generate qualified referrals to our network of preferred agents (for leads that are based overseas). Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of both individual and team sales strategies and operational plans.
- Assist with sales, marketing and promotional activities as required, and be available outside of normal work hours to attend events as required.
- Proactively develop effective internal working relationships across the team and the wider organisation including Admissions, Marketing, Operations and Finance
- Be highly organised and efficient with excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- You will be confident, articulate, and dedicated to your team.

- Coding and analysing sales data to ensure optimal performance
- Taking feedback and improving performance
- Maintaining a positive can-do attitude at all times (even when things are tough)
