**About the role**:
An awesome opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our nationwide Support Team. This role will be based at the South Seas Film School in Glenfield which will see you providing on the ground support for our specialized film making campus as well as online support for staff and students from other regions. This role would suit somebody with a strong customer service background and a good understanding of computer systems. Some of your duties will include:

- Providing great customer service
- Answering internal customer queries via our Helpdesk system
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues to the best of your ability
- Visiting campuses to resolve IT issues and perform maintenance
- Escalating queries and supporting the wider IT Team as required

**About you**:
As a people person, you will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service from students to the Campus Manager. You will need to be process oriented with a strong attention to detail and ideally also have the following skills and attributes:

- Tertiary level qualification in an IT discipline
- Experience in an IT Support role
- A comprehensive understanding of the English language
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Experience with the Adobe, Avid and other film making software would be an advantage
