**About the Role**:
Various duties include verifying data, checking integrations with other systems, assisting internal customers with queries, project work or analysing data for reporting, you will never have two days the same. You will take on the role with enthusiasm and your organisation and planning skills will be second to none. You will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of time management and building great relationships. Your calm and professional demeanour will shine even when things are extremely busy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Good at stakeholder communication.
- Ensure that service desk tickets are responded to in an efficient and effective manner.
- Identify system improvements that will add value to our users.
- Undertake user training and create training material where necessary.
- Undertake testing for new features and provide post-implementation support for projects.
- Document new feature and upgrades for support and reference
- Data analysis to identify process and system improvements.

**About You**:
You will have a passion for assisting people and helping them. You will also constantly be striving to be the best you can be, just as our students do and you pride yourself on the quality of your work.
- Have a valid NZ Work or Residence Visa and/or NZ Citizenship.
- Be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Flexibility and a desire to learn.
- A collaborative team approach.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information and concepts effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective organisation skills and an ability to prioritise work and manage workflow pressures to meet deadlines.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to work on concurrent tasks.
- Sound data processing and spreadsheet skills using the Microsoft Suite at Intermediate level.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A relevant tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience
