We are looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinatorto join the Auckland OfficeChampion Flour teamon a permanent full-time basis.

Your primary focus as Supply Chain Co-ordinator will be ensuring accurate data management and driving effective communication with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for Order Management, Management of costs, Forecasting, Planning and Stock Control.

Based in our Auckland CBD however, with a view to moving to the Highbrook business district, East Auckland this passionate and enthusiastic person who is not afraid of the breadth of the position can take charge and enjoy contributing to our exciting business success.

**Key responsibilities**:
Planning and purchasing of prepared bakery, imported pre-mixes and fondant stock from suppliers

Manage prepared bakery inventory accuracy in conjunction with the 3rdparty warehousing provider

Working with Quality Assurance and prepared bakery supplier to resolve product quality and damage issues.

Working closely with other business functions to ensure seamless transaction of new product introductions, product life cycle management, deletions, and sample ordering.

Active participation and leadership of relevant procedures in the sales and operations planning process

Ownership of the Champion inter-branch stock transfer process

Participation in cross functional teams in business projects that require supply chain input

Co-ordination of aged stock management activities with the sales team

1-2 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)

Ideally, you will be CPIM qualified

Strong understanding of all facets of logistics including freight and warehousing

Advanced materials requirements planning (MRP) and MS Excel knowledge

Ability to analyse large volumes of information, identify patterns and challenge assumptions

An innovative and curious mindset youre not afraid to challenge the status quo and test new ideas

Possessing a positive and solutions-focussed approach whereby nothing is ever a problem

Proficient numeracy and computer literacy skills

Eagerness to learn and having a growth mindset
