#maintain the quality of the raw recycled materials and blended recycledmaterials that are consistent to produce a quality product and solve any issues that may arise.
co-ordinate production of the Blow Film lines and liaising with all Production staff and operators to ensure quality of finished products is maintained
work with Production Manager and Material Blending staff to prove consistent blends of reprocessed recycled materials to maintain and improve the quality of the finished product
liaise with all material grading, extruder Supervisors to ensure supply chain is maintained for production.
ensure all paperwork required is up to date
**Skills Required**:
maintain good record keeping
excellent technical knowledge of different grades of recycled plastics used
excellent communication skills
excellent knowledge of Blow film machine capabilities
minimum 6 years plastic material identification experience and uses
excellent problem solving skills
team player
current forklift licence
be physically fit
pass random drug tests
be honest, reliable and have a good work history
able to multi task
able to work rostered shift work
**Remuneration**:
depending on skills and experience $ 35.00pr/hr
