**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The purpose of the **Master Data Coordinator** role is to support operations by maintaining master data in the core Health NZ Oracle ERP system. In this position the Master Data Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of master data changes in the Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement Information System (FPIM). This includes the creation of new master data records and subsequent changes to the records.

**Mōu | About you**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team with a proven track record in the administration space ideally coming from a supply chain background or looking to get into the field. You will showcase proficient administration skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to swiftly acquire new skills and foster positive relationships in a friendly and supportive manner. Sound judgment and effective prioritization are paramount, along with a willingness to accept direction and collaborate seamlessly within a team framework.

**Ka kawea e koe | You will bring**:

- 3 years' experience in the administration of master data
- Experience in a customer focussed role/organisation
- Proven competence with Microsoft Office Suite/data entry
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP system
