The opportunity:
In addition to the above you will:
- Operate paving machinery to lay and finish asphalt to the highest standards.- Perform equipment checks and ensure machinery is in excellent working order.- Collaborate with the surfacing crew to achieve project timelines and specifications.- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all health and safety protocols.- Support the team tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be knowledgeable of roading and asphalt surfacing processes.- Have strong teamwork skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.- Able and flexible to work outdoors and adapt to changing project demands.- Deliver high quality work with a commitment to health and safety.
