The opportunity:
As an Asphalt Supervisor with our Tauranga, Bay of Plenty crew you will be

leading and supervising asphalt crews on-site to deliver high quality outcomes. Monitoring the laying, rolling, and finishing of asphalt, conducting site inspections and managing quality control processes. You will be working in an experienced and supportive team environment, you’ll lead by example, promote safety, and ensure resources are managed effectively to minimise waste and maximise productivity.

In addition to the above you will:
- Proven experience in asphalt operations and team supervision.- Strong understanding of asphalt paving techniques, materials and equipment.- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
