**Position**

Managing the businesses' profile within it's Commercial sector, this role includes responsibility for leadership of all operations across the Region and ultimately the achievement of critical plans, profit targets and strategic objectives. Leading multiple streams of operations, strategy and financial structures across numerous locations, building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining a safe, capable and well equipped workforce will be key to ensure delivery of positive results.

**Person**

Characteristically for a leader at this level, you have sound business acuity and are experienced in supporting, evolving, and driving dynamic multi-site team outcomes. Strong leadership experience is required acknowledging relevance of operational and branch management roles in contributing to your overall business outlook. Aligned sectors include transport, logistic and branch networked operations. Collaborative and forward thinking are the attributes that align to your peers, with your curiosity, process driven, action-oriented style having contributed to your success to date. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you have a confident, consultative presence to grow business and are comfortable coaching purposeful teams that are focused on achieving company-wide goals.
