Responsibilities include:

- Ensures statutory Building Compliance/owner checks/Emergency Procedures are in place for all property assets.
- Be the key interface for tenants and contractors
- Reviews and negotiates contractor agreements/repair quotes.
- Ensures contractors carry out jobs to an appropriate standard and in a safe manner, in accordance with Trojan's safety procedures.
- Oversees the Health and Safety aspects of buildings including ensuring fire evacuation plans and procedures are in place for all managed assets.
- Conducting inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Managing residential property renovations and ensuring compliance.
- Assisting with rental agreement reviews and renewals as required.
