**We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our award-winning restaurant located in the heart of Queenstown.**

Are you someone that fits this brief:

- You have worked for a similar premium high-volume restaurant at supervisory level for at least 2 years
- You have a current manager’s certificate or LCQ
- You have passion for providing exceptional guest service
- You are passionate about serving simply the best food and wine
- You love to work within a great team environment and enjoy fast paced service

- You understand how a restaurant works, are familiar with online reservations systems
- You would like to build on a successful career in the hospitality industry

The core of the role:

- Achieve top line sales
- Ensure good roster management
- Assist in recruitment
- Focus on staff development and training
- Ensure the establishment is clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
- Ensure Health and Safety is met at all levels
- Manage and conform with regulatory licensing requirements

Good Group Hospitality is an established and expanding hospitality business with a restaurant portfolio including White + Wong’s, Botswana Butchery and Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill located in Auckland, Queenstown, and now Australia.

We pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit each year.

We also do our best to ensure that our staff stand out from the rest, are enthusiastic and have the ability and passion to consistently exceed our customer expectations.

These are full time roles with rates of $26 - $30 per hour pending experience.
