The opportunity:
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our newly formed Digital Distribution team as a Senior Manager - Digital Distribution Proposition and Performance Delivery.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping make New Zealand become one the healthiest and most protected nations in the world.

Following the successful launch of the new Digital only non-advice AIA Starter plans, this role is to understand Understand and create new opportunities to better reach and engage our target customer segments with more value.

From core proposition review, to UX design. Strategy to tactical go-to-market delivery. This role is the complete end-to-end oversight to help grow the new channel and enable more kiwis to live healthier longer better lives.

About the role:
Proposition strategic development- Support and design the core strategic proposition (Product, UX, Service Ops) strategy and roadmap.- Channel customer research insight lead to determine value and opportunity sizing for future proposition evolution.- Working closely with Product, Vitality, PI and Technology to business case and create a single channel strategic proposition delivery roadmap (3 years out).

Campaign planning- Leading the channel campaign planning (Direct and Paid) to ensure tactical campaigns are delivered to achieve required run rate.- Strong Digital Marketing focus to identify, engage and convert.- Leading the design of the hook proposition and delivery framework for Direct to Customer and Partner for SMEs to deliver.

Performance Analysis- Lead the regular channel performance reporting with clear actionable insights to aid stronger customer engagement, new opportunities and sales funnel efficiencies to create good customer outcomes.

Stakeholder Management- Develop strategic relationships and manage key stakeholder engagement across the organization.- Act as a thought leader and key influencer around Digital Marketing and Distribution across the business.- Designing agile ways of working to ensure strategic clarity and tactial ownership of support SMEs to deliver to plan and smash KPIs.- Internal and External partner management owner (Media, Technology, Creative).

About you:
For this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Kick ass growth mindset- Strong balance of creative and commercial skill sets- Strategic thinker with ability to convert into compelling tactical offerings- Epic Digital marketing know-how- Strong relationship management skills- Ability to deliver under pressure and in tight timeframes- Experience working in an agile manner to lead and manage through change and develop and motivate a virtual team- Strong understanding of the marketing environment in New Zealand, particularly ‘direct to consumer’ and ‘direct to partner’.
