Reporting to the Digital and Customer Experience Lead ANZ and Head of Marketing - NZ, the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels as part of an integrated digital ecosystem;
- Execute all digital promotional campaigns in accordance with industry regulations and compliance;
- Design, build and maintain brand social media presence;
- , Measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), communicating regularly to relevant senior stakeholders as well as marketing;
- Identifying trends and insights to optimize campaigns and performance marketing;
- Champion digital solutions, partnerships, and consistent customer experiences;
The minimum qualification, experience and skill requirements for this role are:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or Communications;
- 7-10 years’ experience in Digital Marketing;
- Preference for experience working with full-service agency and end-to-end digital campaign management;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite and web analytics tools;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong ability to lead and influence others;
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (New Zealand Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
