As the Digital and Product Marketing Manager you will lead a small team that ensures the customer journey is optimised and measured across all possible brand interactions and across every stage of the sales funnel. This role is pivotal to the ongoing success of the organisation as such, you need to be ROI driven to succeed in this role. You and your team will need to manage, and deliver targeted content to customers, prospects, staff, and the community to increase brand awareness, generate revenue, and develop quality long-lasting relationships. The Digital and Product Marketing Manager also plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital and product strategies for the business. You will be pulled in a number of directions in this role, but as a curious and ambitious marketing professional who is data-driven, you will be improving the business every day.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and product management, preferably in B2B or services industries.
- You have experience and a passion for managing a digital marketing technology stack
- You have a track record of improving website usability, functionality, and performance to meet customer needs and expectations.
- You are strong when it comes to lead generation and performance marketing.
- You have experience managing the product lifecycle and have launched successful products and features on time and within budget.
- You have a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends and use data to inform decisions.
- You have experience developing and executing strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals across multiple touchpoints.
- You are data driven, analytical and have experience developing and maintaining comprehensive digital analytics.
