Role overview
- Our client, a long-standing Christchurch practice, is seeking to appoint an experienced full-time Trust Account Manager to join their growing team. Sadly, after nearly a decade, their existing Trust Account Manager is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

You will be working alongside a group of dedicated and supportive professionals in a convivial and cheerful office environment. This role has plenty of variety and includes responsibility for:

- Trust Account processing and administration;
- Daily balancing and monthly reporting in OneLaw;
- The creation of templates and precedents;
- I.T. (software) support;
- Relief office administration duties from time to time.

It would also be desirable if you have had experience in AML Administration and Compliance.

- Selection criteria
- You will have had previous experience in the administration of a Legal Trust Account, including:

- Setting up of bank payments;
- Processing, balancing and reconciling Trust Accounts on a daily and monthly basis;
- Preparing monthly New Zealand Law Society reports; and
- Assisting partners and staff with statements and queries.

As part of the final selection process a Police Check will be required.
