We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Christchurch based South Island team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a driven and proactive Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will also deliver exceptional service, build trusting relationships with key accounts, and identify opportunities to maximise the value of their CA ANZ membership.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver growth, profitability and member satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with members and be the key point of contact for accounts
- Identify insights that deliver growth opportunities which in turn create value for members
- Create strong and positive relationships with internal stakeholders and facilitate action on member feedback
- Support regional teams with member engagement including local governance groups, advisory groups and committees to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities

To be successful, you will be a commercially astute, passionate ‘go-getter’ with a proven track record of delivering results. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Prior account management/client relationship management experience ideally from an Accounting, Financial Services, Financial software or Banking industry.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- An ability to engage, influence and maintain productive member and internal stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Ability to identify account management risk and provide solutions to mitigate member impact
- Commercial acumen and analytical ability to convert insights into value for our members
- Highly effective communication skills - both written and verbal
