Royal Canin currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join the Supply team in Auckland on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional service and support, working collaboratively with the wider supply chain team to attend to customer enquiries. You will bring a genuine passion and enthusiasm from a similar customer centric environment, with a can-do attitude to service Royal Canin’s valued customers across Australia and New Zealand.

**What are we looking for?**
- A drive to deliver exceptional customer service with high data input accuracy
- Experience managing customer relationships with a solutions-based, active listening approach
- Ability to prioritise daily tasks, working towards service targets and KPIs
- A desire for action orientation with high attention to detail
- Team orientated mindset

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Own a set of largely NZ based customers with holistic order management, outbound logistics and post-sales support & be the go-to for sales & finance on these customers internally
- Liaise with our warehouses and transport companies to ensure quality and timely deliveries of orders
- Provide technical support to customers who use Royal Canin’s array of service portals across ANZ
- Support team members as required during high volume periods
