FRAMECAD is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Executive (Logistics) to join our team.

**About Us**

FRAMECAD is a market leader in cold-formed steel (CFS) solutions supplying best in class hardware and software innovations to enable builders to deliver large scale and technically complex projects more cost effectively, efficiently, with significantly reduced waste (when compared to timber), all while improving the quality of their builds. We are the preferred solution to many industry leading companies around the world where our solutions can be found in residential, commercial, military and government sectors.

**What you will be doing**

In this role you will own our machine contracts (inclusive of software) and logistic processes to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. You will raise sales orders while maintaining accurate orders data and financial processes, build excellent relationships with customers assisting with credits and payments, coordinate customs requirements for export including the preparation of export documentation, all while collaborating with our internal teams for the purposes of production management, parts procurement, and forecasting.

**What we are looking for**

This position requires a strong customer centric approach. You will be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders including customers, customs, logistics and our internal team to deliver the best possible service to the customer from end to end. You will have an eye for detail, want to make continuous improvements to our processes, work well in a team and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in preparing formal export documentation
- Knowledge of export and tariff codes.
- Experience is logistics and processing
- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent administration skills, managing multiple tasks at once
- Proven experience in financial processes
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- The ability to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
- Experience using SAP & Excel
- Freight Forwarding background preferred
