We are excited to be working on behalf of one of New Zealand's leaders in sustainable packaging solutions to find them an exceptional **Customer Service Executive**.

The role will be based from home, with the need every now and then to head in to see customers at their offices.

**Job Profile Summary**

The primary function of this role is to facilitate the smooth running of the customer service and sales support functions of this company. This requires partnering with customers, supply chain, customer service and finance colleagues in Australia, and 3rd party convertors and other suppliers in NZ, to ensure that our customer's needs are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Nurture long-term trusting relationships with customers including visits to customer premises, were required
- Driving sales by managing customer production orders and call off orders to meet required into stock dates
- Coordinating with supply chain colleagues to ensure raw material supply and finished goods stock is in place to meet our customer’s needs
- Working with suppliers and customers to ensure DIFOT requirements are met
- Working with customers to manage their forecasting, including run out of obsoleted products and run in of new products
- Supporting customers with new product developments, including managing prepress, trials and approvals
- Responding to quality issues and managing our response and corrective actions
- Coordinating with finance colleagues to ensure invoicing, credits, payments etc are completed as required.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
