**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Portfolio Workstream Lead to drive the successful execution of product initiatives across Gallagher Animal Management. This role is pivotal in bridging strategy and delivery - ensuring ideas are prioritised, qualified, and tracked from concept to outcome. You’ll work closely with product and project managers, technical leads, and senior stakeholders to maximise the delivery of customer and business value.

You’ll be a structured problem-solver with a knack for strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Whether you come from a product, project, or portfolio background, you’ll bring a strong understanding of initiative management and a passion for delivering results.

- Experience in AgriTech or hardware/software product delivery

- Strong portfolio and project lifecycle management skills
