**Mō te tūranga | About the role**
- Reporting to the ePO Lead and working closely with the ePO Advisor, the purpose of the role is to support the effective use and enhancement of the project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) practices across the organisation. _
- This will be achieved through your contribution to and coordination of the development and maintenance of key collateral elements, including: _
- _Managing the technical administration of Psoda (P3M software) _
- _Analysis and delivery of meaningful information to support the ePO and wider organisation _
- _Tracking of ePO finances and contracts _
- _Providing support and guidance to all staff _
- _Supporting the ePO team**_Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience _**
- _At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar coordination, business analysis and technical administration role _
- _Qualifications in business analysis and project management is essential. _
- _Prior technical/user experience of Psoda or a similar project management software would be ideal. _
- _You will also have: _
- o _Experience in financial tracking and drafting of contracts _
- o _Excellent communication and computer skills _
- o _High integrity and initiative and be a self-starter _
- o _The ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve _
- o _Practical tendencies with an eye for detail _
- o _The ability to build effective working relationships and resolve issues _
