**The Opportunity**

Ready to lead one of the most exciting data transformations at Gallagher? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Data Workstream Lead to take charge of our SAP S/4HANA data migration journey. This is your chance to shape the future of our digital core - ensuring our data is clean, complete, and ready to power smarter decisions.

You won’t just be moving data - you’ll be driving strategy, influencing stakeholders, and building a master data management capability that sets the foundation for years to come.

Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

- Owning and executing the end-to-end data migration strategy
- Designing and leading data mapping and transformation across key business areas
- Championing data quality, governance, and documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams and SAP experts to keep everything on track
- Establishing and embedding master data ownership and processes

**The Fit**

You’re not just experienced - you’re a data migration powerhouse. You’ve led large-scale SAP implementations (bonus points for S/4 HANA), and you know your way around tools like LTMC, LTMOM, BODS, and the SAP Migration Cockpit.
