With a recent merger and a new learning and development strategy in place, a fantastic opportunity for a creative Learning & Development Advisor has become available. It's an end-to-end role, where you'll partner with key stakeholders around the business to design development opportunities for our team of 1700. Day-to-day this means scoping and planning development opportunities and, with the help of the broader team, implementing them through workshops, training the trainer, developing e-learnings via Articulate before reviewing and reporting on our joint successes.
