We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior HR Information Analyst with experience working with HR and Payroll data, systems, and dashboards.

Do you want to.
- use reporting and data insights to enable evidenced based decision making
- develop tools and dashboards to provide useful data to support business objectives

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the data and information is well presented in line with reporting needs for all HR systems including HRIS, Payroll, H&S, and recruitment
- Analyse and interpret HR information and provide written and graphical reports including recommendations on business actions
- Develop and maintain reports and reporting tools
- Create complex reports using SQL
- Provide advice on best practice for the collection of HR data to support business reporting
- Ensure all regular reporting obligations are fulfilled for both internal and external customers

**What skills, knowledge and experience you will bring?**
- Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying business insights
- Excellent organisational skills, high levels of initiative, and attention to detail
- Experience with providing accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external customers
- Proficient with reporting tools in HR/Payroll systems (Oracle HCM, iChris/Chris21), Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience in data management, reporting, and quality assurance practices
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- The ability to work under pressure in a changing environment, adaptable and well organised
