**About the role**

Due to internal move a great opportunity for a high-performing sales coordinator to join us. The role will be responsible for assisting account manager to identify business opportunities, facilitate the sales process and maintain positive customer relations. You would also utilize your analytical and reporting skills to provide insights on sales performance and market overview.
- Key responsibilities_
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify business opportunities in new or existing customers
- Facilitate sales administration process including quoting rates, documentation filing, and handling sales enquires
- Collect leads from various source and update relevant information
- Prepare Area Sales Report including team performance report, customer and business updates, etc
- Conduct research and collate and present market review and coming trend movements
- Ongoing review of account activity to maintain an up-to-date account profile.
- Maintain and grow customers relationship, improve client satisfaction and overall account performance

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for**
- Experience in Business Development / Sales, experience in Logistics highly regarded.
- Hunger to secure new business. To be a creative thinker, solutions and delivery focused.
- A willingness to take ownership for the position and to go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication skills, able to relate to a wide range of stakeholders - especially new and existing customers.
- Analytical skills and business acumen.
