Position: Overseas Sales Coordinator
Pay Range: NZD $28 - $30 per hour
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Otara or Wiri, Auckland
Work Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of overseas sales.
- Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Conducting research on potential clients and competitors, providing insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing the sales database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, specifically in the Middle East or Southeast Asia will be preferred.
- Must have sound knowledge on Auto parts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Punctual and able to work in a sales/office environment
