**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Here’s the dream job for any content creators wanting to work in the vibrant world of radio. This awesome role is tasked with promoting much-loved brands ZM and Flava to the widest possible audience. Our new team member will coordinate and produce entertaining content for social media and brand websites, to increase audience and traffic and deliver on growth targets. Sounding like a bit of you? Keep reading As digital content expert, you will also use analytics and insights to inform future digital platform strategy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Produce content (creative, video, written etc) that is high quality, on-brand and that our audiences love.
- Collaborate with the NZME Radio digital production team, content directors and on-air teams to create compelling ideas for fresh content.
- Build and maintain authentic audience communities, coming up with innovative ideas on how to nurture the growth of engagement.
- Be the digital content expert, providing insights and post-campaign reporting to the team and sharing best practice.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Degree in media studies, radio, digital media, marketing or journalism preferred.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a Content Creator role.
- Basic Photoshop and video editing experience essential.
- Understanding of media law, particularly around copyright, plagiarism and defamation.
- Experience with digital analytics to increase audience numbers.
- An active digital media, social media and radio consumer.
- Experience using CMS platforms an advantage.
- Attention to detail - ensure all content is accurate and appealing.
