**British American Tobacco New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Insights Manager in Auckland, New Zealand**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop, implement, and track key account plans that drive distribution and commercial growth.
- Build account plans with sales, volume, and share targets which aligning with overall business goals.
- Establish sustainable, profitable relationships with key accounts and external partners to drive long-term growth.
- Measure critical metrics ensuring alignment with global and end-market governance standards.
- Manage business-critical projects end-to-end, including scoping, partners alignment, and tracking breakthroughs.
- Analyze sales and market trends, preparing actionable recommendations to optimize distribution and investment strategies.
- Work cross-functionally to foster a culture of innovation, streamline processes, and implement creative strategies.

**What are we looking for?**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in account or category management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- A passion for data, strategy, and market insights to drive performance.
- Experience in use of IRI Aztec, Nielsen, and exposure to other forms of consumer and shopper insight methods
- Advanced MS Word/Excel/Power Point & general computer skills
- A collaborative, data driven approach and excellent communication skill.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or emerging categories is a plus
