**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity
- Insights Analyst**

This is a key role in the Corporate Strategy & Business Planning team. The role contributes to the delivery of corporate reporting, strategic insights and performance improvement recommendations and enable the team meet its reporting and insights commitments to the AT Board, ELT and senior leaders.

The Insights Analyst tracks the implementation of AT's corporate strategy, business plan and statement of intent commitments. The role identifies data requirements and sources, and builds and maintains reports and dashboards. This is achieved by utilising a broad toolkit of business intelligence, data management and visualisation tools and techniques.

**Key Tasks include**:

- Design and develop high quality business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Deliver reporting and analytics to support Council committees, AT Board, ELT and other key forums.
- Presentation of reports and insights as required.
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless integration of directorate data into an enterprise performance view.
- Responsible for data integrity and assurance and ensuring accurate reporting and insights.
- Keep upto date with broader transport system trends and developments

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- A tertiary qualification in business, finance, technology, or related discipline
- Additional training or qualifications in analytics, strategic planning, reporting or related areas.
- 5-6 years in an analytics or insights role, with experience in reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI and other business intelligence tools including designing, creating, and deploying reports, dashboards, and models.
