Christchurch Electrical is one of the largest electrical contractors in Canterbury. We are seeking an experienced, well organised administrator FOR OUR Servicing Division.

You MUST have a passion for outstanding customer service, be a positive, team player and strong computer skills to be successful in this role.

Administration and scheduling of all works within the Servicing Department of Christchurch Electrical.

**Key Duties**:

- Dealing with customer enquiries/ work requests over the phone
- Job scheduling for the Service Division tradesmen and apprentices
- Health &Safety documentation preparation
- SSSPs, TAs, Risk Analysis
- Managing work in progress
- Maintaining the plant register
- Scheduling stock takes (includes booking van WOFs)
- Preparation of weekly timesheets and job sheets for invoicing
- Creating the holiday and after hours call out roster
- Monthly maintenance scheduling job creation
- General administration duties as required
