**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist with expertise in D365 to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our D365 platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customize and configure D365 to align with business requirements and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document user requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of system updates and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of D365 features and functionalities.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in D365 functionality, recommending and implementing new features and updates as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with managing and administering Lifecycle services
- Proven experience as an Application Specialist, with expertise in D365.
- Strong knowledge of D365 customization and configuration.
- Experience in identifying and resolving system issues and bugs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Application Specialist, with expertise in D365.
- Strong knowledge of D365 customization and configuration.
