ChargeNet is on a mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation by building a comprehensive network of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across New Zealand.

We built the first nationwide network, we developed the software to run it and ensure everyone who is ready to drive an EV can do it, where they want and when they want. It’s time to eliminate range anxiety and make electric vehicle adoption convenient and accessible for all New Zealanders.

**The Role**:
At ChargeNet, our Customer Support Specialist is pivotal in delighting our drivers, by delivering exceptional support at critical moments in their journey.

This fixed-term role has a minimum of 16 per week across 4 days, with the flexibility to work around study schedules and availability.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Customer Support**
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints through our direct support channels, and manage escalations from our support centre, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Review and update the support hub with frequently asked customer questions.
- Ongoing documentation of customer support practices as ChargeNet continue to evolve.

- Work collaboratively and pitch in to help the whole team when needed, stepping outside of your role when needed and contributing as part of the wider ChargeNet team to achieve company objectives.
