As a **Inbound Customer Service Representative** working on our client site in **Auckland, New Zealand** you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture

**What You’ll be Doing**

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You’ll work to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Support inbound customer inquiries related to vehicle concerns through written & verbal communication
- Communication resolution/information to customers in a confident & knowledgeable manner
- Ensure customer records are maintained accurately with reference to concerns raised
- Investigate and recommend levels of financial assistance for customer claims.
- Follow occupational health & safety policy and procedures
- Manage customer relationships and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold privacy and confidentiality guidelines when communicating with Customers
- Undertake administrative duties including report preparation where required
- Assist in special projects and participate in any other duties as requested

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
- High school certificate
- Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer savvy
