- Based in Auckland CBD with remote work available across NZ
- Available to work across 7 days on a rotating roster with only 1 weekend day

We are looking for Inbound Sales Representatives who can relate to customers and build rapport with ease. This is not a typical sales role in the financial services sector as your key purpose is to provide excellent customer experience while ensuring the delivery of personalised solutions to help them make informed decisions on products and services.

This role requires someone who has exceptional communication skills and is great at conversing with a wide range of customers. You'll be a keen learner, good at multi-tasking and consider yourself tech-savvy. In return you’ll be working in a friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth team with fantastic leaders.

**Your duties will include**:

- Talking with customers via inbound calls and building rapport
- Providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, by exploring their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Following up with potential customers within agreed time frames by providing exceptional service and reduced customer effort
- Working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team on day-to-day accountabilities and project work

**In order to be successful, you will have**:

- Previous retail, hospitality or contact centre experience
- The ability to pick up systems and multi-task
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- The desire and ability to achieve common resolutions
