We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Partner Channel - Service Delivery team as Customer service & underwriting representative. Ideally you will have 12 months of experience in insurance, coupled with a proven track record of exemplary customer service. You’ll love talking to people and helping them find the best insurance solutions for their needs. You’ll also enjoy change and variety, as no two days are the same within our fast-paced but highly rewarding environment.

**Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Engage with customers across inbound channels to answer their queries and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Action policy changes, renewals, and referrals where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for continual customer experience improvement.
- Contribute to the profitable growth of personal lines business.
- Establish and present profitable underwriting solutions to customers existing or new business.
