**Your Opportunity**

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts payable person who will report to the AP Team Leader. This role will be based at our East Tamaki site.

**In joint effort with one other part time Accounts Payable person, you will be responsible for**:

- Accounts payable ledger across Australia and NZ
- Receiving, distributing, matching and processing over 1,800 invoices per month
- Regular follow-up of discrepancies and authorisation levels
- Reconciliations to supplier statements
- Preparing payment runs by various due dates and uploading payments in the banking system
- Following up invoice approvals and handling supplier queries

**To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies**:

- Previous experience in a high-volume accounts payable role within a medium to large size business
- Experience within Manufacturing FMCG would be an advantage
- Experience with processing stock invoices, including 3-way matching
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ability to establish rapport and handle queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate Excel/Word skills
