**The Company**

Large manufacturing organisation who operate on a Global scale are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to join their Auckland team based in East Tamaki. Specialists in their respective fields they are well known and reputable in the New Zealand market. Join this supportive and collaborative team on a 3-month contract.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work with a wider finance team of 4. This is an end-to-end Accounts Payable position where you will have sole responsibility of the full function.
- Full function accounts payable, ensuring invoices are approved, coded and processed for final payments - high volume
- Purchase order matching and internal price variance follow ups
- Preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payment runs
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Managing queries from external and internal stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc duties

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for an individual who has proven experience working in a high volume, full function accounts payable position, and who will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to hit the ground running, and you will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with automated processes using SAP.
