As our Infrastructure Operations Team Lead at Foodstuffs North Island, you’ll be at the heart of our technology, ensuring smooth, seamless operations and supporting an entire organization to achieve its best

**What You’ll Do**

In this role, you’ll inspire a team dedicated to delivering top-tier operational outcomes. You’ll be the glue between infrastructure and business goals, owning the performance of services that keep our operations running smoothly 24/7. From guiding incident resolutions to managing service levels and handling both insourced and outsourced teams, you’ll empower a culture of collaboration, resilience, and high achievement.

**Your Day-to-Day Includes**:
**Leading with Vision**: Drive a culture of high performance and accountability, ensuring your team meets all customer requirements and consistently surpasses expectations.

**Solving Real-Time Issues**: Take charge of day-to-day operational challenges, keeping stakeholders informed and driving efficient resolution for any incidents that arise.

**Delivering Results**: Ensure your team’s KPIs are always on-point, motivating them to achieve operational excellence together.

**Managing the Roadmap**: Own the Infrastructure Roadmap, including lifecycle management, resource allocation, and financial control to deliver services that support the business and innovate IT processes.

**Strategising for Success**: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to keep priorities aligned and maintain a flexible, agile approach that meets business needs.
