**Job Description**:
We have an exciting position within our Global Forwarding business for a Operations Finance Lead to join our high performing team in our Mangere office, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsible for overall job profitability, completion and compliance to external and internal KPIs through timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, reports and creditor approvals.
**You responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the overall job finance and billings process - reporting, performance management/compliance, profitability, timeliness, completeness
- Generating customer invoices, handling billing queries and disputes
- Creditor processing
- Ensure jobs are closed or completed on time through timely accrual of all costs and raising invoices to clients
- Close coordination with the respective Business Units, Functional Units and overseas offices
- Identifying areas of continuous improvement

Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Air/Ocean International Trade, particularly Invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- CargoWise/EDI software programs preferred
