Our high performing HR team is looking to add another super star to their squad This exciting role will see you as a trusted advisor and partner to implement our people strategy and drive programs of work aligning with our business’s strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for providing local HR support in four main areas:

- Employee Relations
- Labour Relations
- Talent Acquisition of High Volume roles (Plant, Manufacturing and related)
- Site support of strategic initiative such as; employee engagement, diversity and Inclusion, attraction & retention, leadership development and succession planning

**About the Role**
- Support people managers and employees with employee and labour relations issues (activities may include conducting investigations, addressing misconduct, issuing discipline, suspension, and / or termination)
- Supporting the leadership team in driving employee engagement
- Process voluntary and involuntary separations for in-scope employees, mitigating any potential risks and adhering to local legal requirements
- Work with the Employee Experience Centre and HRBPs to manage reductions in force / redundancy efforts, as well as employee retirements
- Work with any relevant local authorities / vendors to ensure local legal requirements and business needs are adhered to
- Share insights and trends with key stakeholders to drive more effective / efficient HR customer service delivery

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR Generalist role (you might currently be a HR Officer or HR Advisor)
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field would be well regarded
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with impact and handle confidential information
- Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors
