**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity as a Supply Chain Supervisor, in this role you will support Accent Group’s 3PL operations by facilitating communication between internal Accent Group business departments, external suppliers, and 3PL & freight service providers. With a focus on but not limited to, you will be responsible for ensuring service deliverables are met, continuous improvement opportunities are maximized, forecasting and planning is accurate and cost savings are achieved. The Supply Chain Operations Supervisor supports the overall team objective of ensuring all product is made available to our market without delay or unnecessary costs.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Daily Operations - support the management of daily operations with our 3PL warehouse in Auckland including:
- Inbound receiving
- Outbound
- Aged stock
- Returns
- Daily pick run management
- Management of book in and export customer requirements
- New Store Openings - responsible for the deliverables from a 3PL perspective for new store openings including:
- Managing the preparation of stock for bump in (lacing, packing, palletizing to specific requirements)
- Managing, booking, and ensuring stock arrives to the store on time
- Liaising with our 3PL & freight partners on timing & logistics
- Liaising with external partners and assisting internal stakeholders with daily order & freight queries
- Promoting a continuous improvement environment and identifying areas of process improvement & cost savings
- Provide reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager & Head of Supply Chain as required
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.
- Take responsibility for special projects as requested
- Any other reasonable task as requested in line with the role objective or that results out of necessity to the Group
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite with strong excel skills.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain 3PL operations
- Utilize action plans to set priorities and goals before critical deadlines.
- Strong time management, with the ability to multi-task and run projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrable aptitude in forging and maintaining positive relationships
- Demonstrate high professionalism
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
