Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important part in helping the business achieve some exciting goals. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:

- Processing of all supplier invoices
- Following up on invoice price/quantity variances
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process weekly electronic payments to domestic and overseas suppliers
- Set up and maintain Automatic Payment authorities
- Maintain supplier payment information in the daily cash forecast
- Daily bank statement posting
- Assist with general ledger reconciliations
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Experience in a high-volume accounts payable role
- Exposure to complex accounting packages / ERP systems
- Experience with foreign currency payments
- High degree of computer literacy and accuracy
- Initiative and be a quick learner
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and under pressure
- Flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team
- A team player who gets things done
