We are wanting a **Collections Officer** to join our team **Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00**

**Collections Officer **responsibilities:

- To ensure maximum cash flow benefits a high volume of outbound calls will be made to customers to arrange payment of overdue amounts.
- Take incoming calls from internal and external customers to resolve account queries.
- Commercial Skills -possess a clear understanding of how the position can make maximum contribution to Company results.
- Communication Skills -Manage Company information needs, utilising technology to deliver value to internal and external clients in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Impart credit knowledge to key clients and to other areas of the Company.
- Undertake internal / external training as required.
- Provide for prompt turnover and adequate protection of the Company investment in accounts receivable.
- Demonstrate the skill to reconcile any account that is challenged on the balance due and payable.
