**Position Description - Customer Service and Relationships Manager**

To ensure that the needs of the customers are being satisfied. Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services manage the team and build strong external and internal relationships.

**Position Responsibilities & Duties**:

- To maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and that complaints from customers about products or staff are quickly resolved
- To assist and supervise the recruitment, training, conduct and work of staff, ensure staff are taught correct service procedures we provide
- To cultivate and foster company policies, procedures to ensure high quality of customer service and to maintain customer relationships
- To always maintain excellent client satisfaction
- To ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining and protecting assets of personnel, building, fixtures, fittings, plant, stock and cash and by maintaining security, safety and fire precaution measures to minimise loss.
- Manage inventory processing of fleet and equipment to ensure stock availability of all supplies and resources for carrying out the daily operations of the business
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s lead time goals.
- Create and manage solutions for inventory capacity problems.
- Create and maintain an environment of continual improvement that supports company objectives.
- Coordinate and prioritize jobs
- Verifying individual performance by using tracking systems
- Identifying individual shortcomings of team members and helping them through customized coaching
- Assist to analyze sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the market.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding team performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the performance of services provided.
- Maintains contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing help and advice to customers on the services on offer
- Ensure that the team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- To ensure client retention and authorize additional services to customers as and if required and prepare the appropriate paper trail
- Input in the draft and recommend sales and marketing programs and to set short
- and long-term sales strategies.
- Must work to develop and maintain business contacts.
- Ensure that integrity in the brand is maintained and grown
- Implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers and assist in ordering of stock/supplies
- Organize and control the work of other staff and direct the training of Staff as and when required
- Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize consumption of new materials, minimize waste, or to convert wastes to by-products
- Make a draft of shifts for workers and ensure that they follow it diligently to avoid commotion and agitations between workers over non-compliance
- Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages and relate findings to management for quick resolution to enable smooth flow of operations.
- Place order for new equipment as directed by management and inspect them upon delivery to ensure that they are of good quality and in the right quantity.
- Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site and exhibit good sense of judgment to ensure that parties involved are treated fairly without bias.
- Keep accurate records of workers performance and ensure that all payments are fully made as at when due without shortage and victimization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Arranging for health and safety equipment to be tested on a regular basis to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

**Note**: Any other related task may be allocated from time to time as assigned by the employer/owner in writing.
