This could be the most interesting role at the Council - it definitely has the most variety. Our Team helps people with enquiries covering all aspects of Council. No two days are the same and your next conversation could be about water, drainage, roads, rates, dog registration, kerbside bins or any of the many services the Council provides for our growing community.

If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and you thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment you could be the dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Services Officer we need to join our team.

You should be:
Customer Focused: a strong customer service background with at least 12 months of call centre experience.

Excellent Communicator: clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Organised: you can manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: a positive attitude and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and the community.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role is permanent and offers 8 hours/day worked on Monday to Friday.
