We are looking for an experienced Team Administrator/Personal Assistant who is committed and organised, to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Service Clinical Director and Pharmacy Leadership Team within the Clinical Support Directorate.

Our Pharmacy department is an innovative and exciting place to work. We employ over 100 staff including those working within two retail pharmacies, Aseptic Production Unit and a flagship inpatient service. We have a robust service strategy which ensures that our staff are continuingly driving to work at the top of their scope and pushing the boundaries of clinical pharmacy practice. We are committed to do and be our best, to value and support all staff, to work together with trust respect and honesty, and display commitment and accountability to provide a high quality service to our patients.

You will provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient, effective and customer focussed service delivery. You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and in a team, using your initiative and cope well under pressure. You will need to juggle priorities to meet deadlines, having excellent communication skills is a priority. Diary and correspondence management, co-ordinating meetings, minute taking, stakeholder management and preparing reports will be some of your core duties.

- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bi-culturalism
- High level of personal and professional integrity and can be relied on to maintain confidentiality
- A meticulous approach to detail and a completer of tasks.
- Sound MS Office skills including, advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Helpful to have experience in and understanding of the healthcare environment but not essential
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Good stakeholder management, inter-personal communication and negotiation skills
- Agenda preparation and minute taking experience
