**AOZO COLLECTIONS LIMITED** is seeking a proactive and well-organised **Personal Assistant** to join their team in the **Auckland region**. The role involves supporting day-to-day coordination of wholesale operations and working closely with management to streamline administrative processes, manage communications, and maintain workflow efficiency across the business. **Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee assigned administrative tasks and respond to staff inquiries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Organise and manage the director’s calendar, appointments, and priorities to maximise productivity
- Act as a liaison between the director, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track wholesale orders, invoicing, and payment schedules to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Monitor key deadlines and keep management informed of upcoming tasks and commitments
- Assist in the preparation and timely submission of operational, sales, and financial reports
- Support the planning and coordination of business strategies and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, purchase documentation, and operational data
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and health and safety standards in all related activities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Maintain client relationships and support effective communication across all levels of the business
- Represent the director in meetings when required, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-through
- Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as directed to support the overall functioning of the business

**Other Important Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or a minimum relevant Level 6 qualification.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
- Leadership ability to coordinate tasks and support management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
