The Lead, Revenue Solutions NZ holds the responsibility of representing Magnite locally, upholding its status as the market-leading independent publisher focused technology business in New Zealand, and strategically expanding Magnite’s marketing opportunity. This role entails achieving revenue targets; introducing innovative products to the market; and partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Embracing the role of a market leader, the Lead, Revenue Solutions will champion Magnite's position, drive Marketplace adoption, and take the lead in creating and delivering QBRs within the market. Furthermore, the Lead, Revenue Solutions will engage demand partners and agency decision-makers to raise awareness about inventory opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with DSP partners, and attract international demand for New Zealand digital advertising supply.

This multifaceted role also involves skillfully maintaining a delicate balance of autonomy within New Zealand, while actively contributing as a valued member of our global organisation and adeptly representing New Zealand's interests internally.

In this role you will:
- Represent Magnite as the local voice and maintain and grow its market-leading position in Premium Streaming Video- Identify opportunities to aggressively grow the DV+ business in the non-Streaming revenue segment- Drive revenue growth for Magnite in New Zealand and achieve revenue targets- Develop strategies for launching new products in the market- Work with publisher partners to ensure smooth service delivery and explore revenue growth opportunities- Engage demand partners to increase awareness of inventory opportunities and negotiate trading/ SPO deals where appropriate- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency decision-makers, such as programmatic trading teams and digital planners- Grow and foster relationships with DSP partners- Attract international demand into the New Zealand market, maximising opportunities for local premium publishers- Assist in the creation and delivery of QBRs in the market.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience as a sales leader who can leverage their existing contacts to build a large book of business- 6+ years of experience years’ experience in sales, digital advertising, preferably within advertising technology and experience of managing people.- A high level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills- A strong knowledge of programmatic and video adtech- Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo- Strong presentation skills- Ability to translate strategic goals into plans and actionable objectives- Ability to simplify complex ideas effectively
