We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Revenue Manager to drive revenue generation and maximize profitability across our prestigious hotels.
As a Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategies and ensuring the continued success of our business through:
- Revenue Optimization - analyse data, identify market trends, and develop strategies to optimize revenue across our hotel properties.
- Inventory Management - manage inventory and adjust room rates based on market demand to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Selling Strategy - across various reservation and management systems, maximizing availability controls and occupancy.
- Forecasting and Analysis - weekly and monthly room forecasts, providing actionable insights to guide revenue decisions.
- Competitive Analysis - reviewing and analysing industry data and trends, identifying opportunities to elevate our revenue performance.
- Group Business Management - displacement analysis for group business requests and manage group block activity flawlessly.
- Insights and Reporting - Assess booking behaviors, trends, and guest preferences, providing insights to refine our revenue strategies.
**Requirements**:
With previous revenue management experience within the hotel and travel industry, proficiency in industry-leading tools, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication abilities, you'll thrive in this role.
- Previous experience in revenue management within the hospitality and travel industry, demonstrating a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in industry-leading revenue management tools and systems such as OTA Insight or similar, Siteminder, STR Global, IDeaS, Opera, and PMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills to decipher complex data, spot trends, and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills to manage reporting and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with online marketing programs and OTA partnerships is highly desirable.
